Trailer opens with a scene as fresh as the magical morning Alia out at the balcony witnesses Shahid admiring at her rather than a jazzy car he is seen holding a string of the Horse waiting for her to get along and they bring you out of the dream with the magical music. The opening scene is a visual royal delight until they break the dream. The wedding organizer is on the go to become the groom of the family. It’s altogether a new magnum opus coming from Vikash Bahl backed up by Karan Johar where in he too doesn’t stay away coming on screen yet again post Bombay Velvet. The production looks great with elephants and horses saluting you at the wedding. Father of the bride being challenged on his younger daughter is feared of his younger daughter as well to be swept away forms brilliant chemistry between the real father son duo bringing fun on screen as well.
Out of the great ensemble cast Shaandar would shine between the trio Shahid, Alia and Pankaj Kapoor. We do see Sushma Seth back on screen after a long long time adding that glitter on screen apart from the big ensemble cast.
Amit Trivedi would make this romance musical striking the right notes. If Shaandar would indeed do Shaandar would be witnessed on its release on the occasion of Dussehra this 2015. Releases on Oct 22nd, 2015.
